In Logo Designing, Color Says a Lot!

In order to attach emotion to a logo, most of the logo designs are created with single color, typically with a primary color of a brand. Sometimes, more than 2 colors are used, but it is happened very rarely, because logo designs which are overwhelmed with more than two colors are usually failed to create emotional association in the mind of a consumer with the brand.

Every color in this world contains some sort of meaning, and together the eyes and brain produce a cogitative and emotional response to each color. For instance, white is considered as the symbol of purity in UK, whereas in China, white symbolize the grief and sadness.

Hence, it is suggested by the brand and logo design experts that you, as a business owner, should use single color which is your brand identity. Two logo design colors can be used but more than 2 colors are not preferred. Moreover, logos which are based on single color can be placed easily on different mediums like business cards, letterheads and other marketing collateral.
